Parent & Child participate in a fun filled, coach lead gymnastics activity. Parents get ready to move and help their child through the activities and learning. Children develop social skills, co-ordination, strength and confidence.
Is your 3-4yr old ready to fly solo? This is the class for them! If your child is able to listen to direction, instruction, stay with a group, all while working on developing their skills in a fun and safe environment.
Children are now ready to conquer more challenges! They are able to participate in an activity packed hour of movement & fun, while learning basics, fundamentals and fitness through gymnastics.
